Professional and Personal Background
Before Xavier devoted himself entirely to business and executive coaching and consulting, he was engaged in science research and urban planning (M.Sc. Biology, M.Sc. Urban Development). During his research work, Xavier observed how differences in communication and leadership styles affected the cohesion and functionality of intercultural teams. Today, he focuses on coaching and training international leaders and specialists. He designs and conducts international leadership and management training for individuals as well as groups of professionals in similar stages of their careers. He also supports teams to increase their effectiveness by helping them improve interpersonal and intercultural cooperation.
“I am very much at ease in multicultural teams and environments. I was born in Kenya and lived for many years in Southeast Asia, Latin America and France before returning with my family to Holland. My expertise is working with individuals and groups to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I support new and experienced managers and executives to deal with transitions in such a way that they get the best out of themselves and their teams”.
