Professional and Personal Background
Before transitioning into coaching and consulting, Xavier worked in scientific research and urban planning (M.Sc. Biology, M.Sc. Urban Development). His experiences revealed how communication and leadership differences shape intercultural team dynamics. Today, he coaches international leaders and specialists, delivers leadership trainings, and supports teams in strengthening collaboration and intercultural effectiveness.
“I am very much at ease in multicultural teams and environments. I was born in Kenya and lived for many years in Southeast Asia, Latin America and France before returning with my family to Holland. My expertise is working with individuals and groups to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I support new and experienced managers and executives to deal with transitions in such a way that they get the best out of themselves and their teams”.
