Professional and Personal Background:
Nadia grew up in French-speaking Switzerland and is comfortable speaking several native languages. She studied psychology in Lausanne, initially gaining experience in the crisis unit of a police station, and continued her education in emergency psychology. With her diverse language and psychological skills, Nadia is able to quickly establish a basis of trust with people in stressful situations through online intervention. After a 2-year management position in an international company in Berlin, she switched to the municipal crisis service Berlin-Ost and set up a practice for psychological counseling for couples. For more than 10 years, her focus has been on couples and family counseling with international and intercultural clients. After living as an expatriate in Berlin, Nadia returned to Switzerland with her husband and children in 2020, where she has been working as an online coach and counselor with foreign professionals and their families ever since.
“As a psychologist, I endeavor to provide a safe, non-judgmental and comfortable space with my French-, Italian-, German- and English-speaking clients. I seek to understand the individual in relation to others and how they interact with their environment and communicate with it. My aim is to support you as a person who is part of a larger unit or system, such as a family, an organization or a community, while taking into consideration your individuality.”
