Career Path and Professional Background
Gabriel began his career with an apprenticeship as a carpenter and went on to accumulate over 20 years of experience in construction, woodwork, and technical leadership roles. Alongside this, he became involved in professional reintegration, managing an employment program for the Swiss Workers’ Aid Organization (SAH). This experience deepened his understanding of how work, motivation, and purpose intertwine.
After transitioning to the insurance industry, he advised private and corporate clients, SMEs, and managed special risk portfolios, developing a keen ability to view complex situations from both business and human perspectives.
Later, as a Case Manager in public administration, Gabriel supported employees through professional transitions and reintegration processes while advising managers on challenging personnel situations. This work refined his systemic perspective and insight into the interconnections between leadership, health, and workplace culture.
“I accompany people through demanding professional situations, helping them regain clarity and access their full potential.
For me, resilience is about remaining capable of action even when the pressure rises.
My particular strength lies in working with leaders from crafts and middle management, people with a strong practical background and a hands-on understanding of everyday work. I support them in shaping change and collaboration that is both effective and human.”
