She studied psychology in Dresden and Madrid and gained her first experience in the HR context and in coaching during her studies. After graduating, she coached people going through professional changes, worked in private practice with all kinds of psychological challenges and completed her psychotherapist license in CBT for children, adolescents and adults. In 2017, she joined a management consultancy firm in Switzerland to conduct workshops, coaching and assessment centers with executives from various countries. During this time, she completed her training as systemic coach. Since 2022 she has been living as expat with her family in Michigan, USA, and works internationally as coach &amp; mental health expert. In her work she applies a unique blend of positive psychology, mindfulness techniques, cognitive-behavioral and systemic coaching tools.<\/p><p>\u201eOver the past 10 years, living in France, Spain, Germany, the US and Switzerland, I have been fortunate to work with numerous individuals on their inner growth and personal development. Being an expat in the US at the moment, I know what it means to live abroad, face intercultural differences and challenges as an individuum as well as a family.
