    Simone studied renewable energy systems engineering and received his PhD from University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy) and Aalto University (Finland). His professional journey saw a significant advancement during his tenure at the renowned Fraunhofer ISE (Institute for Solar Energy Systems) research institute, where he held the position of team leader and coordinator for international projects. His 13+ years of research and development at leading R&D centers have endowed him with invaluable expertise in team leadership, international consortium coordination, public speaking, career mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation<\/p>
