    Meike has been engaged with employee assistance services for more than a decade. Her specialization is addiction in all forms and its impact on work and family life. She advises companies and organizations, educates and supports those affected by addiction including their families, and coaches managers in dealing with employees affected by addiction. As a systemic counselor and therapist for individuals, couples and families, she combines her knowledge of addiction with her therapeutic knowledge of change. She coaches expatriates and their accompanying families online and in her practice.<\/p>

    \u201cMy experience abroad taught me that the individual person has to be doing well before anything can be changed for the better in the system. I combine family therapy and addiction counseling and am convinced that every person has all the needed resources to grow professionally and personally.
